TALLAHASSEE, Fla.
— A Tampa man has been arrested after a 16-year-old and a 14-year of age were shot by a man who was driving a truck with a tinted window.
Tampa police said the teen and a 15-year old were killed Friday in a shooting in the 1700 block of North Biltmore Avenue.
The 15-month-old girl was shot in the chest and the other victim was shot once in the leg.
